Product sizing is based off of external dimensions. We use some of the highest quality materials available to us. Habitats are typically constructed with 1/2" XPVC, 1/4" glass for most enclosures, and 1/4" acrylic for hinged doors, and aquarium-safe silicone is used as sealant. Glass doors are easily removable for easy cleaning. Material is cut to tight tolerances using a combination of CNC routers and CO² laser. The XPVC is durable and makes cleaning and maintenace easy. Glass doors are easily removable for easy cleaning. Make sure to order glass door finger pulls and a lock to make it even easier! All of our products come fully assembled, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. 

Due to the nature of enclosures and racks being used for live animals, we do not typically accepts returns. If you are not satisfied with a reptile habitat,  or if there is a defect, reach out to us and we will work with you on a remedy to the issue. If damage to a habitat is deemed to be caused by neglect or abuse to the enclosure, you may be charged for the repair.
